I called Neighborhood Plumbing because the pipe in the exterior wall of my backyard spigot was cracked and leaking, and the shutoff valve was rusted open (old house with galvanized pipes). Donovan, and his apprentice Matthew, assessed the situation and gave me a fair price. I asked them to also replace my front-yard spigot because its shutoff valve was also rusted open and I wanted to avoid future issues. Donovan explained the process, as well as what could go wrong, and they got to work. They did an excellent job replacing the spigots; however, as I expected, my old house gave them a run for their expertise. Several issues arose but Donovan handled them all. He physically showed me the issues and gave me detailed explanations as to what was needed to fix them. He also gave me options to fit my budget. He went above and beyond multiple times to make sure everything was copacetic. When—not if in this old house—I run into plumbing issues, Neighborhood Plumbing will be my first call.
